九州北部海域に毎年秋から冬にかけて、イワシの群れが回遊してくると盛り上がりをみせるのが、落し込み釣り。仕掛けを投入して中層で小魚をかけたら、そのまま仕掛けを海底まで落し込み、小魚を捕食する様々な大型魚を狙う釣法だ。落し込みシーズンに突入した10月上旬、福岡県北九州市を訪れたのは大物釣り師・高橋哲也さんとタレントの福島和可菜さん。二人は海の食物連鎖を利用した釣りで大型の強い引きを思う存分満喫する。
